Fast Eddie Clarke Dies

Fast Eddie Clarke, the last remaining member of Motörhead’s best-known lineup, died on Wednesday night in a London hospital at age 67.

The band released a statement on their Facebook page that he was being treated for pneumonia.

Fast Eddie joined Motorhead in 1976, along with drummer Phil Taylor and Lemmy.

Motörhead released 22 studio albums.  Clarke was on numerous best-selling albums, including “Motörhead” (1977), “Overkill” and “Bomber” (both 1979), and “Ace of Spades” (1980).
