Loudness Postponing US Leg of Tour
The veteran heavy metal band, Loudness, announced that they had to put the U.S. leg of their current tour on hold. From the band’s official site:
We Regret to Announce the Cancellation of the LOUDNESS US Tour
This is to all of our fans who were anticipating to see the LOUDNESS US Tour starting April 19th in Chicago.
We greatly regret to inform you, but due to various reasons the planned tour scheduled for the US has been postponed effective immediately. LOUDNESS deeply apologizes for any inconvenience that this may cause our fans.
We plan to learn from this experience, prepare more accordingly, and we promise to put on a US tour again in the near future. Please wait a little while longer until that is possible.
From the members of LOUDNESS & Staff.
It has been said that the reason for this postponement is due to being restricted entry into the US due to recent policies enforced. The following message was reported on Reggie’s Rock Bar’s Facebook page, where the first date of the US Tour was set to start.
“Due to the new strict policies the US government has placed on foreigners entering the country, LOUDNESS_OFFICIAL was denied entry into the United States and sent back home this morning. All shows on the US tour are canceled.
Refunds for Wednesday’s show will be issued at original point of sale.”
